CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review submissions and provide structured feedback
- Make payments according to the contract
- Identify authorized decision-makers for the project
- Disclose existing conditions and restrictions when known
STONES JORDAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design according to agreed scope
- Technical documentation for contractor use
- Material guidance and sample coordination
- Contractor coordination where included in scope
- Scheduled site observations where included
- Progress reporting to the client
- Design clarification for contractors
- Issue escalation when site problems are identified

CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

SPECIALIST CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
