Majd Abu Ghoush co-founded Stones Jordan® in Amman in 2000. He leads the company's technical, operational and project-delivery direction. With a background in civil engineering and approximately 25 years of on-site project experience, he oversees design development, site supervision standards, material coordination and contractor relationships across residential, landscape and commercial projects in Jordan and the GCC.

His work focuses specifically on the connection between the approved design and its real execution on site — including drawing practicality, material decisions, contractor coordination, and resolving issues before they affect the final result.

Majd Abu Ghoush remains directly involved in reviewing project scopes, supporting site decisions and maintaining the quality standards the company works to.

Rami Abu Ghoush co-founded Stones Jordan® in 2000 and leads business development, client relationships and project communication at the company.

His role ensures that clients understand what is happening at each project stage, what decisions are required from them and who is responsible for the next step — whether they are present in Amman or managing their property from Saudi Arabia, UAE or another location.

Rami Abu Ghoush is the primary point of contact for new clients, ongoing client relationships and media inquiries. He has developed structured communication and reporting systems for remote property owners that allow clear decision-making without requiring physical presence in Jordan.
