Remote Project Management

Your project in Jordan. Our team on the ground. Your vision, managed from wherever you are.

Managing a construction or renovation project is demanding even when you live nearby. When your home is in Jordan and you live in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, or another country, the challenge becomes significantly different. You cannot simply visit the site after work. You cannot easily meet every contractor. You cannot quickly visit a showroom to review a material. And when something unexpected happens, you cannot always be there to make a decision. At Stones Jordan, we provide remote clients with a professional team on the ground to represent their interests and manage the many moving parts of their project. We become the connection between the owner and the professionals involved — contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, specialist trades, designers, consultants, and site teams. Instead of managing each relationship separately from another country, our clients have one professional team coordinating the process locally. Remote project management is not simply about monitoring whether construction is progressing. A successful project involves many interconnected responsibilities: design decisions, contractor coordination, material approvals, procurement, site supervision, scheduling, quality control, technical questions, changes and variations, and communication. Construction rarely follows a perfectly straight line. A material may become unavailable. A site condition may require a modification. A contractor may suggest an alternative. What matters is not avoiding every change — it is managing changes properly. We help identify the implications of important decisions and coordinate with the relevant professionals before changes are implemented whenever possible. Remote management does not mean managing everything through a screen. Some decisions require physical presence. Our team carries out site visits when required to review progress, inspect details, coordinate with contractors, and address conditions that cannot be properly understood remotely. For more than 25 years, Stones Jordan has worked across interior design, landscape design, construction coordination, materials, and project execution. This experience allows us to approach remote project management from both sides of the process: we understand how the project should be designed — and we understand what it takes to build it. This service is available for projects we have designed, and for projects designed by others where you simply need a trusted local team to ensure it is built correctly.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked about this service

01How often will I receive updates on my project?

We manage interior design and renovation projects in Amman for clients in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai and across the Gulf, with one point of contact, progress photo and video updates, and every decision documented. You know what is happening on site because we tell you before you ask.

02Do I ever need to come to Amman?

Not for every decision. The majority of approvals, material selections, and progress reviews can be handled remotely. However, we generally recommend one site visit — ideally at the design presentation stage and near the end of construction — to confirm the result against your expectations. We will advise you on the most practical moments for any visit.

03Can you manage a project that was designed by a different firm?

Yes. If you have a completed design and approved drawings but need a trusted local team to manage the construction phase from Amman, we can step in as the remote management partner. We review the existing documentation, assess the site, and agree a scope that covers what you need us to manage on your behalf.
