Our Story Began Long Before Our Name.
Born from years spent developing luxury homes, Stones Jordan® was created to unite architecture, interiors, landscape and execution around one purpose: improving the way people live.
THE BEGINNING
Before the studio, there was the construction site.
Our story began inside our family’s luxury villa development business. Eng. Majd Abu Ghoush, a Civil Engineering graduate of Applied Science University in 2000, brought a passion for precision and structural excellence. Rami Abu Ghoush returned from the United Kingdom with an MBA and a second Master’s degree in Financial Markets, adding strategy, business development and a long-term view.
As developers, we were responsible not only for drawings and finishes, but for homes families would inhabit for generations. We saw a market often pricing design by square metre, while the real value of a home lived in thousands of connected decisions: daylight, circulation, proportion, material, façade and the relationship between interior and garden.
We became deeply involved in layouts, circulation, elevations, ceilings, landscapes and materials because we cared about the complete experience. Rather than keep searching for a firm that shared this philosophy, we decided to build it ourselves: a studio where architecture, interiors and landscape are conceived as one, and every project begins with how people will live.

Architecture is more than walls, interiors are more than furniture, and landscape is more than planting. Each discipline serves the same purpose: to improve how people live. We design them as one connected whole.
A name grounded in permanence
Stone fascinated us for its authenticity, strength and timelessness. Civilizations disappear while their carved stones continue to tell their stories. “Stones” expressed what we wanted our work to become; “Jordan” honoured the land where our journey began.
Care beyond square metres
Remarkable spaces are not defined by size or expensive decoration. They are shaped by listening before drawing, planning with purpose and caring about the details people will experience every day.

Exceptional architecture begins by listening before drawing. Beautiful interiors come from thoughtful planning rather than expensive decoration. A garden should feel like a natural extension of the home, never an afterthought. Above all, remarkable spaces are defined not by their size, but by the care invested in every detail. That belief shaped our beginning, and it continues to shape every project we design today.
