FOUNDERS
Two Brothers. One Shared Vision.
Different academic backgrounds, professional experiences and perspectives have come together to shape Stones Jordan®—uniting engineering precision with thoughtful business strategy.
Behind every enduring company is a shared vision. At Stones Jordan®, that vision is led by two brothers whose complementary strengths have become one of the company’s greatest assets: decades of technical and real estate development experience on one side, and strategic leadership, international business knowledge and regional market insight on the other.
Founder
Eng. Majd Abu Ghoush
Founder, CEO and General Manager
Born in 1975, Eng. Majd Abu Ghoush graduated in Civil Engineering from Applied Science University in Amman in 2000. His entrepreneurial mindset was already evident during his university years through business initiatives that reflected a lasting interest in innovation, leadership and helping ideas grow into successful ventures—including the later establishment of Qararkom, a brand dedicated to entrepreneurship and business development.
After graduation, he joined Astra and worked on one of Jordan’s landmark hospitality developments, the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea. The project provided formative experience in construction quality, complex coordination and the execution of international hospitality standards.
He later assumed leadership of Al Madarek Real Estate Development, the family’s property development company. Through years of developing luxury residences and collaborating with architects, contractors and homeowners, the philosophy behind Stones Jordan® took shape. Today, he continues to lead the company by combining engineering precision with practical experience to create people-centred projects designed to endure.
