We begin by understanding your brief, assessing the property, defining scope, and developing the design — from concept and layout through to full technical documentation ready for contractors.
We clarify drawings with contractors, review quotations, verify material availability, approve samples, and coordinate procurement — so long-lead items are identified and resolved before construction begins.
Scheduled site visits, written reports with photos after every visit, issue logs, and a final inspection before handover. You receive the space as designed — not as interpreted.
