He needed a clean, high-end base in Amman, but he had no time to manage the stress of a construction site from a different country. The real challenge was the space itself: How do you make a small apartment feel open and highly functional? He didn't want to coordinate between designers, contractors, or different shops. He needed one team to take full responsibility – from the first drawing to the final styling – ensuring every centimeter of the small floor plan was used intelligently. — WHAT WE DID — While the owner was at his desk abroad, we were on the ground in Amman acting as his eyes and ears. We didn't just "decorate"; we re-engineered the flat to make it work better. We took the project from an empty shell to a fully finished home: handling every permit, every technical update, and every piece of furniture ourselves. Smart Space-Planning – We opened up the flow between the kitchen and living area. By using custom-curved furniture, we broke the "boxy" feel of the high-rise and made the small area feel much larger and easier to move in. Stone Luxury Art Works – We integrated hand-carved masonry from Stone Luxury directly into the walls. These art works (white limestone reliefs and dark basalt textures) give the apartment a solid, permanent feel that standard decor cannot match. Complete Styling – From the LED-integrated closets in the bedroom to the final candle on the coffee table, we handled everything.
