Residential
Luxury Interior Villa
P.B. asked for drawings precise enough for his contractor in Manama to build directly, using materials sourced locally in Bahrain. The result is a personalized villa interior built around his own collected art, warm timber, and custom furniture.

Design concept
The design concept sets a formal, marble anchored dining room against calmer, pale living spaces close by, so the house moves between the two moods without feeling split into separate styles.

The project story
P.B. came to Stones Jordan® with a clear brief: drawings precise enough for his contractor in Manama to build directly, using materials sourced locally in Bahrain.
The house needed to hold two things at once, a formal side for entertaining and a private side for daily family life. In the dining room, a wide veined marble panel anchors the table and the glass front cabinets framing it, while brass fixtures pick up the warmth of the surrounding walnut paneling. The adjoining living rooms stay calmer, with pale upholstery, polished stone floors, and sheer linen drapery softening the daylight through the tall windows.
Lighting follows the same logic room by room, layered rather than loud. A sculptural chandelier sits over the dining table, recessed coves run along the ceiling lines in the living rooms, and warm fixtures sit built into the cigar lounge's dark timber paneling and leather seating. Furniture was selected and placed piece by piece rather than bought as a set, so the house reads as collected over time, not styled in one pass.
Construction ran on site in Manama over five months, following a four month design phase. Stones Jordan® supplied the drawings, and P.B.'s contractor built from them directly, with materials specified to what was available locally, keeping the build on schedule.
The villa is complete and lived in, from the formal dining room and two living rooms through to the bedrooms, cigar lounge, and the pool terrace outside.
